Metal Powder
 
The company currently has a set of 200 kg vacuum inert gas atomized powder spraying equipment and a set of 500 kg vacuum inert gas atomized powder spraying equipment. The core technology of the equipment is originated from “863 Major Products” of Ministry of Science and Technology. Through independent research and development, China Academy of Machinery Science &Technology has created the first set of 500 kg metal powder efficient gas atomized complete sets of technical facility in production in domestic and the main technical innovation features are below.
(1) The production process is controlled by PLC with high automation degree. The prepared alloy powder has good sphericity, low oxygen content, good liquidity and high yield rate of fine powder, which has realized the continuous operation with high efficiency and energy conservation.
(2) The project has developed core key technologies of high efficient supersonic gas atomized spraying nozzles in the way of online accurate classification and metal smelting method etc.
(3) The production process has achieved the integration of high temperature melting, atomized powder, pneumatic classification and efficient screening of integration.
 
 
3D Printing
3D printing project of the company was formally put into production in January, 2017. The company currently owns 9 sets of Germany imported equipment and 1 set of domestic equipment.
 
Wherein, the EOS M400-4 equipment belongs to the first equipment in domestic, equipped with four laser heads and printing efficiency more than 3 times than that of E0S M290 single laser head. What’s more, it has the advantages, such as accurate forming and high utilization of material etc. The product can not only fill the blank of the domestic equipment, but also has the right to fix product prices. This equipment is the trend for the development of 3D printing industry and it has a broad market prospect. The equipment of the company can print nickel based alloy, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, die steel, tool steel and other materials, mainly serving the manufacturing industry of aerospace mould and automobile parts and components.
 
 
Laser Cladding Technology
 
The laser cladding project was put into production in April 2017 with a total of 5 sets of equipment at present. Wherein, the ultra high speed laser cladding device is developed and produced by Germany via using semiconductor high precision laser with the maximum processing speed reaching 200 m/min. Its processing efficiency is more than 3 times than that of 10000 watts cladding equipment. The enclosed processing space of the equipment is based on professional control system of CNC numerical control programming. The revolution speed of the drive shaft of the servo motor is 2000 r/min. It has features such as easy operation, fast processing efficiency and small floor area etc. Second, the adoption of TruDisk 4002 disc type laser of the robot laser cladding equipment is self-developed product produced by the world's leading German TRUMPF Company. Matched with Robot Group with six axis of German KUKA, it can choose iron-based, nickel-based and cobalt-based powder according to the required performances of the repaired spare parts. It has many characteristics, such as high repairing precision and wide range etc. Multifunctional cladding equipment is the German imported equipment, which can repair the axial walls with diameter more than 55 mm. The unilateral repair depth is 1.5 m.
 
 
Powder High Speed Steel
“Powder high speed steel” refers to the high speed steel products by using special method to shape and sinter the high speed micro steel powder. Advanced powder forming product (powder high-speed tool steel, powder metallurgy high temperature alloy, bearing steel, high-end gear steel etc.) is a new kind with uniqueness, compared with the traditional casting and forging high speed steel. It uses the technology of rapid solidification, which can fundamentally solve the problem of bulky carbide segregation etc. The carbide particles formed by the powder steel is dispersed and tiny, thus properties of the high speed steel, such as hardness, toughness and bending strength are obviously improved. In addition, the processing method of powder steel breaks through the traditional technology, resulting in the increase of alloying elements added in the materials  and also getting a boost in performance. Main businesses of the company are powder tool and mould steel with multiple brands, such as ASP23, ASP60, S390 etc., providing high quality plates and bar raw materials for various kinds of tool and mould steel products such as hobbing cutter, slotting cutter, gear shaving cutter, milling cutter, broach, and extrusion mould etc. for high-end tool and mould manufacturers at home and abroad.
