Jingye Additive Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. affiliated to Jingye Group is located at the Industrial Park, Jingye Group, Nandian Town, Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It is one of projects transformed and upgraded by the Group.
Founded on September 16, 2015, the Company totally invested RMB 2,344.24 million Yuan,with construction land of 133,333.2 m2 (namely 200mus), the total construction area of about 83496㎡. The Company started construction on February 29, 2016, and put into production on July 15. The construction of the project can realize the productivity of annual 20,000ton advanced powder finished products(powder high-speed tool steel, powder metallurgical high temperature alloy, ball bearing steels, top-end gear steel, etc.), 600ton metal materials used for additive manufacturing (industrial laser cladding recovery technique) and 30ton metal materials used for additive manufacturing (aerospace, biological medical treatment), to ultimately reaches annual sales income of RMB 4,555 million Yuan (including tax).
The Company introduced technologies independently researched and developed by the team of academician Chen Yunbo  of General Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering to establish many intelligent manufacturing production lines such as production of raw materials for additive manufacturing (metal powder), laser cladding recovery, 3D printing products, powder tool and mould steel, for the purpose of realizing domestication of laser cladding and metal powder used for 3D printing, and powder tool and mould steel, so as to fully replace imported products. 
The project mainly includes the four subprojects as follows:
(1)High-performance metal powder materials used for 3D printing;
(2)Technology Development Center of Additive Manufacturing Technology (3D printing);
(3)Reproducing production line of laser cladding technology;
(4)High-performance advanced powder finished products (powder tool and mould steel, etc.).
The construction and production of the project will have important strategic significance for the technological progress of relative metal powder materials and the product industry, and it will greatly improve the quality of relatively domestic products, reduce the pressure from high production cost caused by imported raw materials, meanwhile it will facilitate advantage of the performance/price in participating in international market competition. Additionally it will sharply improve the integral strength of Hebei Province in advanced metallurgical manufacturing technologies and industrial field, to enhance the industrial competitiveness of Pingshan County and Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province.
